Choose an apartment from our Properties page, select your check-in and check-out dates, enter the number of guests, and click Book Now. You will need to register or log in before completing the reservation. Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with the next steps.

Yes. A free account is required to complete your booking. You can register using your email directly on the booking page or through the Sign Up button in the top menu. After registration a password will be sent to your email.

After you submit a request, it appears in your dashboard under My Reservations with a "Pending" status. The host will review it and either approve or decline. If approved, you will receive an invoice by email with a link to pay the deposit and confirm the booking.

Log in to your account and go to My Reservations in the user dashboard. There you can see the status of all your bookings (Pending, Confirmed, Completed), view invoices, check trip details, and pay any outstanding balances.

After logging in, go to My Profile in the user menu. There you can update your personal details (name, phone, about me), upload a profile photo, and change your password in the Change Password section at the bottom of the page.

You can cancel a booking request while it is still in "Pending" status from your My Reservations page. Once a booking has been confirmed and paid, please contact us directly to discuss cancellation options and any applicable policies.

Yes! After your booking is completed, a Rate Property option will appear in your My Reservations section. We appreciate honest feedback — it helps us maintain our high standard and assists future guests in making their choice.

You can use the contact form on any apartment page to send a message directly to the host. Alternatively, once your booking is confirmed, a Contact Owner option is available in your dashboard. You can also reach us via phone at +43 664 2538539 or through our Contact page.

Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

You can delete your account from the My Profile page. Please note that this action is permanent and will remove all your data, including reservations, invoices, messages, and reviews.
